We are the Boaz Family: Chris, Jordon, and four children. We were both born and raised in the agriculture community of Perry County, Pennsylvania. We both have a lifetime of experience raising animals and our combined skill sets make us a great team. We are excited to bring quality meat directly from our family to tables across central Pennsylvania.

Do you use antibiotics?
We value cattle health and will treat our cattle with antibiotics if needed. However, animals that were treated are sent to market rather than sold to our customers.
What breed of cattle do you raise for meat?
Angus crossed with other beef breeds.
Do you use growth hormones?
No!
Are your cattle grass fed?
We are not 100% grass fed, but our cattle always have access to pasture (weather permitting) and hay. They are offered a grain ration tailored to their growth stage.
We hope to offer a 100% grass fed product line in the future!

What grain are your cattle fed?
Our cattle receive a blend of corn and non-gmo small grains. We avoid feeding soy when possible.
